The walk to the train station felt lengthy, especially for those with walking difficulties. A cash deposit is required during check-in, which is inconvenient. The bathroom lacked a bidet, and the absence of breakfast options is disappointing given the abundance of nearby restaurants.

During my stay, I had a spacious Deluxe King Room and enjoyed the good water pressure in the shower, which was a nice touch. The Superior Twin Room with City View was awesome! So clean and spacious. It had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and walk-in shower. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Location was a breeze, with a metro and tram just 3 mins away. Super convenient!

we was a nice hotel for a short stay. the deluxe king room was clean and had all the basics. staff were professional and super helpful. it’s very close to the mtr, making transport a breeze. i loved that they had a fridge, which was perfect for traveling with a toddler.
